Are licenses transferable if the business is sold?
Yes. Licenses move with the business. When software is bundled with a payments package it can come through at no extra cost, so talk to us about what applies to your setup.
How do I get the latest version of my licensed software?
Minor updates are pushed automatically from a secure distribution site. There's nothing to download manually and no downtime for your service.
How do I get technical assistance?
Call our support line at (916) 410-1222 and a technician will walk you through whatever you're seeing.
What support services does the tech group provide?
Phone, email and remote assistance, plus remote training, installation and menu programming. If we can't fix it over the line we'll schedule an on-site visit.
What are the support call center hours?
We're based in California and answer 24/7, every day except a small number of select holidays. Restaurant hours don't matter to us.
Can any licensed customer request support?
Yes. Initial setup includes 30 days of 24/7 support at no charge. After that, coverage continues under an annual agreement or a per-incident plan.
What if I need help on site?
We work with more than 400 independent channel partners and dealers who can dispatch a technician to your location when remote support isn't enough.
